Micromedex, Incorporated certifies that it is the sole source for the subscription, and is the only distributor of these services. Further, Micromedex is comprised of copyrighted, proprietarty textual databases which are either authored and copyrighted by Micromedex or which are licensed and exclusively distributed by Mircomedex, and used by physicians in the diagnosis and treatment of patients. The databases are comprehensive writings in the respective subject areas and are republished in their entirety on a quarterly basis.
