There is no requirement for remediation type activities; rather, contractor will provide Compliance and Restoration Program Support (research, analyses, technical support) which may be relative to remediation activities. In both the CBD announcement and the distributed RFP, the SIC Code was incorrectly published as 8744/500 employees. The correct SIC Code is 8999/$3.5 million. The CBD announcement indicated a 100% Set-Aside for Small Business. This was incorrectly omitted from the RFP. A solicitation amendment which will correct the SIC Code and Size Standard, incorporate the appropriate set-aside clauses and provisions, and make other substantitive and editorial changes or corrections is being prepared for issuance and distribution to all RFP holders. The requirement for 100% in-house capability is also being removed. It is anticipated that the amendment will be issued no later than 9/8/95. The date for receipt of proposals is unchanged.
