The base bid includes the construction of a new commercial loading dock and office with canopy and new pavement at access from Mexico at and through the truck routing area. Selective demolition includes existing paving, fencing, dog kennel and truck dock canopy; relocation includes existing 1000 gallon propane tank. Other improvements required as part of this work are exterior signs and landscaping. The bid option includes the installa- tion of cast-in-place concrete for the entire project in lieu of the asphalt paving. The estimated construction cost for both the base bid and the bid option is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. The solicita- tion package will be available on or before September 12, 1995.
