Adamo Provide all labor, material, equipment, transportation, and supervision necessary to install a new hydronic system for hangar doors in building 3170 at USCG Air Station Cape Cod, Bourne, MA (Barnstable County). Work includes removal of the existing concrete floor slab hydronic heating system directly beneath the existing hangar doors and associated components within Building 3170, including removal and replacement of associated concrete. Work additionally includes provision of new components of a steam to liquid heat exchange system, and ancilliary related work. Estimated cost of this project is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. Solicitation packages to be available on or about September 25, 1995. This procurement is unrestricted and is being issued pursuant to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration program. THIS NOTICE IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES FOR MINORITY, WOMAN OWNED, AND DISADVANTAGED ENTERPRISES: The Department of Transportation (DOT) Office of Small and Disadvantaged Utilization (OSDBU), has programs to assist minority, woman-owned, and disadvantaged business enterprises to acquire short term working capital and bonding assistance for transportation-related contracts. This is applicable to any eligible prime or subcontract at any tier. The DOT Bonding Assistance Program enables firms to apply for bid, payment, and performance bonds up to $1 million per contract. The DOT provides an 80% guaranty on the bond amount to a surety against losses. Loans are also available under the DOT Short Term Lending Program (STLP) at prime interest rates to provide accounts receivable financing. The maximum line of credit is $500,000.
