Work will include, but is not limited to furnishing all materials, labor, tools, equipment and transportation to perform the following: (1) Exterior Maintenance and Repairs to Non-Historical Buildings, (2) Exterior Maintenance and Repairs to Historical Buildings, (3) Interior Maintenance and Repairs to Non-Historical Buildings,(4) Interior Maintenance and Repairs to Historical Buildings, (5) Exterior Maintenance and Repairs to Army Family Housing and (6) Repair and Replace Roofs, Army Family Housing. This is one solicitation encompassing the above six projects. A single award may be made or up to six individual awards based on the projects listed above. The above will be performed at Fort Sam Houston, Camp Bullis or the San Antonio Area United States Army Reserve Centers (local), Texas. Contract period includes one year basic plus one year option. The total magnitude of all of the above projects is between $5,000,000.00 and $10,000,000.00 for the basic year only. Solicitation to be issued on or about 1 Aug 95. Request for solicitation package must be in writing; phone request will not be accepted. Each solicitation package will cost $20.00 a set.
