Architectural work includes replacing some doors, a new wooden fence, minor window modifications, and painting. This project involves replacing the entire physical hardware of the heating and cooling plant of the building. It is multiseasonal and is required to be phased accordingly (boiler work in warm weather, chiller work in cold weather, and airhandling work in neutral weather.
