The Federal Bureau of Prisons intends to award a contract utilizing Small Acquisition Procedures for the Federal Medical Center in Ft. Worth, Texas. The successful offeror will be required to pave an existing raodway that is approximately 3000' long and 22' wide. A minimum of 1'' wear surface materials well be applied followed by a minimum of 2 1/2'' of asphaltic material, including prime coating and surface coating.
