HOFF, (210) 221-4821 All work shall be in conformance with the specifications, drawings and shall include furnishing of all materials, labor, plant, tools, equipment, and services necessary and incidental thereto. The work required consists of, but is not limited to, the following: installing pad mounted sectionalizing switches in the 900 area of Fort Sam Houston. Contractor shall furnish and install 5'' PVC conduit, 750 KCMIL cable, two concrete manholes. Contractor shall construct four concrete equipment slabs to support new sectionalizing switches. Contractor shall remove and dispose of six pad mounted sectionalizing switches. Contractor shall install four new sectionalizing switches. Contractor shall provide all fittings and accessories necessary to provide a complete and operational system. The magnitude of the proposed project is between $25,000 and $100,000. Funds are not presently available for this solicitation. The government obligation under this contract is contingent upon availability of appropriative funds. Request for solicitation must be in writing. Phone request will not be accepted. Each solicitation package will cost $15.00 per set. Each check or money order shall be made payable to Defense Finance and Accounting Officer, US Army, Fort Sam Houston, Texas. This fee is nonrefundable.
