The Coastal Systems Station, Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division, Panama City, Florida has a requirement to fabricate and deliver two (2) Well Deck Entry Systems (WDES) IAW with Drawing 30694. Each WDES consists of a Verticle Rib Assembly, A Well Deck Rail Assembly and a Gate Rail Assembly. The contractor shall provide hardware required to mount the WDES components within a well deck of a LSD (both on the bulkhead and deck). Each WDES shall be delivered with one 20 foot ISO container. The contractor will make all necessary internal modifications to each ISO containers that will allow the components of the WDES to be safely secured for transit both on land (truck) and at sea (aboard ship). All items to be delivered to the Coastal Systems Station no later than 180 days after award of the contract. A Technical Proposal is required. The Government intends to evaluate proposals on a technically acceptable low price basis to award a firm fixed price contract. This procurement will be a 100% small business set-aside.
