The 30th Space Wing intends to acquire two (2) Co2 Dry Ice Cleanblast Corrosion Control Systems, Alpheus Cleaning Technologies Corp., Model SDI-5, brand name or equal. Systems must be environmentally-friendly, high-portable, self-powered units that will used for stripping and removing rust from metal structures such as missile launch and numerous other missile handling facilities located on Vandenberg AFB CA. Contractor shall provide all labor, parts, materials, supplies, supervision, and transportation necessary for two (2) Co2 Dry Ice Cleanblast Corrosion Control Systems, two (2) Ambient Air Vaporizer Systems, four (4) racks of four liquid nitrogen cylinder systems, two (2) mounting trailers, and all support equipment, kits, valves, etc. If it appears that adequate small business competition will result, this acquisition may be set-aside for small businesses, otherwise it will be full and open competition.
