Basile, Contracting Officer Provide a horizontal baling machine with above ground feed conveyor EPCO Model ESP III or Excel Model EX40 or equal. The baling machine shall have the following characteristics: bale size 60'' x 30'' x 48'', feed opening 58'' x 35'', electric motor, 20 HP, 460 volt, 3 phase, 2 hydraulic cylinders with a 54'' stoke, platen pressure at least 124,400 lbs, able to bale office, news, magazine and paper without fluffing or shredding, machine dimensions shall be approximately 12' 6'' long x 6' 6'' wide, cycle time 40 - 45 seconds, above ground feed conveyor 14'' incline at 30'' and 5' horizontal noseover, 40'' wide PVC rough top, 1.5 HP 47- volt electric motor with 1 yard hopper capacity. One (1) each baler shall be delivered F.O.B. Destination to Pearl Harbor within 150 days after date of award. The contract will be awarded based on written quotations.
