The U.S. National Park Service, National Capital Area, requires the fabrication and delivery, of approximately eight (8) architectural grade prefabricated mental guardhouses. The size of the guardhouses at their base is approximately 7 by 7 feet. The fabrication will be of steel, with metal roofing, security rated glazing, pre-cast concrete slab floor, heating, ventilation and air conditioning, and electrical.
