58 -- CONTRACTOR TO FABRICATE AND INSTALL 100 FOOT SST TOWER AND INSTALL GOV'T FURNISHED ANTENNAS AS PER SPECIFICATION SOL DAHA30-95-B-8001. Due 951115. Contractor shall engineer, furnish, erect and install (1)-100 foot self-supporting tower (SST) for the New York Air National Guard at Hancock Field, Syracuse NY. The structure shall support Government furnished Air to Ground Top-Mounted and Land Mobile Radio (LMR) side mounted antennas, and contractor provided coaxial cable for all antennas. In addition, the Contractor shall provide all structural analysis, foundation work, antenna installation, tower climbing hardware, lightening protection/grounding, a chain link security fence, a waveguide bridge, and tests and measurements to verify the contractor work. THIS IS A SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. The scope of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. Bid packages should be available approx 22 Sept 95 with a return date of approx 15 Nov 95.
