The UFPFO for North Carolina has a requirement for a video downlink system and intends to solicit quotations on this downlink system. The video downlink system should consist of a transmitter with maximum 20 watts, tuneable frequencies, thermal system, audio and telemetry subcarrier with direct current operation. Three installation kits for an OH-58 helicopter, maximum 6db antenna, direct current power cable and antenna cable. Receiver with tuneable frequencies, maximum 9db antenna, color monitor, HI-8 video/recorder player, subcarrier for audio and telemetry and antenna cable. Power cables for 110 AC/12VDC converter and 12 volt cigarette lighter adapter. The Stanard Form 18 will be issued on or about 12 September and will close 15 days after issue.
