Contractor to manufacture metal flat cases in accordance with USPS Specifications. Items to be manufactured are PS Item 136B, 30 separations, 702 pieces with two option quantities of 162 pieces each and PS Item 136D, 42 separations, 285 pieces with two option quantities of 114 pieces each. Delivery schedule will be on a staggered basis to three material distribution centers in the eastern, western and central U.S. contract award will be based upon a technical score and price. The solicitation issue date will be on or about September 11, 1995 with a closing date of October 11, 1995.
