Tobey, (703)704-2199 It is the intent to procure an additional 115,000 manhours by modification under Contract No. DAAK70-92-C-0059 with Southwest Research Institute for continued conduct of integrated basic and applied research, exploratory and advanced development and provide for continuation of investigations and evaluations associated with engineering support activities in the field of fuels, lubricants and related materials for military vehicles and equipment under Authority 10 United States Code 2404(c)(1). The additional manhours will be performed in the Government-owned TFLRF facility located on the grounds of SWRI. Period of performance will remain the same as set forth in the contract. The Government intends to negotiate solely with Southwest Research Institute, 6220 Culebra Road, San Antonio, TX 78284. See Note 22. (0249)
