Procurement of software maintenance and upgrade service to the Change and Configuration Control (CCC) Software installed on the IBM 3090 and VAX 6620. Period of performance 01 October 1995 through 30 September 1996. The contractor shall provide software upgrades for the most current version levels that are being sold by the Softool Corporation between the dates specified in the contract. These upgrade deliverables will be available on 1600 or 6250 Bpi mag tapes. The contractor shall provide on-line telephone assistance between the hours of 8:00 am and 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday for the purpose of resolving problems related to the software. All software will be accompanied by documentation relating to the process of upgrading and to the relevant changes to the software due to upgrades. See Numbered Note(s): 22. (0249)
