Provide physician health care, emergency room services and required administrative services at the 7th Wing Hospital. Hours of performance are weekly from 7:00 am Friday to 7:00 am Monday. Physicians shall be a graduate of an approved school of medicine or osteopathy, have a minimum of one year experience in acute care or emergency medicine within the past 24 months and be currently certified in Basic Life Support and Advance Cardiac Life Support. Physicians shall also possess valid current licenses to practice medicine from a United States jurisdiction. Period of performance will be 1 December 1995 through 30 September 1996 with four option periods. Requests for this solicitation will be made in writing.
