Herting, 202/326-4160 The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) intends to award a sole source modification to an existing Special Situations Money Manager; clarify the services related to general asset management/liquidation provided for under the contract, such as: real property services including valuation, appraisal, liquidation; real property environmental remediation; personal property; commodities; and other related services all in connection with the performance of general asset management and/or liquidation responsibilities under this contract. This effort is a continuation of work that has been performed by the incumbent provider and further renders the incumbent uniquely qualified to continue to perform. The interests of the PBGC will be substantially impaired by any change in manager at this time. The contract term or duration remains unchanged. See Note 22 (0249)
