S -- BASE CUSTODIAL SERVICES Sol DAHA36-95-B-3009, Due 111595, POC Contracting Office MSgt Charles R. Bishop (717) 948-2360. Provide all labor, equipment, materials and supervision necessary to provide custodial services to all military facilities at the 193rd Special Operations Group, Harrisburg International Airport, Middletown, PA. The contractor shall provide sufficient personnel, equipment, and all materials and supplies to clean facilities as specified in the Custodial Contract. Services shall include, but is not limited to, cleaning tile and carpet flooring and cove base, cleaning restrooms and locker rooms, emptying trash containers into dumpsters. The cleaning shall include regular cleaning to maintain the facilities and semi-annual or annual cleaning such as stripping floors and shampooing carpets. The work shall be accomplished during the regularly scheduled work day, 0730 to 1600 hours, Monday thru Friday, excluding Federal Holidays. The contractor shall be responsible for maintaining a quality inspection program. The Government will spot inspect work items to ensure compliance. This contract is anticipated to be a one year contract with four option years. Estimated project range is between $25,000 and $100,000. Solicitations will be available o/a 15 Oct 1995. This acquisition is issued pursuant to the ``Business Opportunity Development Reform Act of 1988'' and subsequent award will be considered UNRESTRICTED therefore all responsible concerns may request this solicitation and submit a bid.
