U -- OCCUPATIONALLY FOCUSED NON-PERSONAL EDUCATION SERVICES SOL SOL RFP No. 124-0255 DUE 102095. Contact Ronn Lindert, Contract Specialist, 608-586-5600. Contractor shall provide an Advanced Occupational Education Program leading to one year certificates to qualified inmates at FCI Oxford. The services will include, but not be limited to; an on-site program coordinator; college courses, conducted by on-site instructors, physically in the classroom; college registration; transcript services; recordkeeping; appropriate academic counseling; and on-site support staff. This contract will be awarded to the Contractor who can provide described services that are the most beneficial to the inmate students. Institutions found in the directory entitled Accredited Institutions of Post-Secondary Education will be authorized to offer Advanced Occupational programs in the Federal Bureau of Prisons. It is estimated that the total enrollment will be the equivalent of 50 full-time students. A full-time student will be allotted 12 credits. Qualified inmates will meet requirements of the Contractor and FCI Oxford. This service will be solicited for a base year and four option years. (244)
