Work will include the design and installation of remediation system, remedial action plan, remediation disposal of excavated materials, post treatment verification, quarterly reports, and final closure, and closure report. Selection will be based on previous experience on similar type projects, experience in the State of Pennsylvania, proposed method of remediation, impact on USPS operations, and cost.
