The Federal Bureau of Prisons, South Central Regional Office, in Dallas, Texas plans to issue a solicitation for the installation of automatic sprinkler systems in two (2) buildings and upgrade the automatic sprinkler systems in four (4) buildings located at FPC Bryan, Texas. The construction cost is estimated to be between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. The successful bidder will be required to furnish all labor, materials, and equipment to complete the project. Solicitation #235-0037 will be available on or about September 22, 1995.
