The Government intends to procure 1 each Temperature-Humidity Controlled Environmental Chamber. The Chamber shall be 28'' wide by 28'' deep by 28'' high. Temperature range shall be -73 degrees C to +177 degrees C. Rate of change shall be 20 to 25 degrees C per minute heating, 12.5 degrees C per minute cooling in the range of -40 degrees C to +95 degrees C. Services include system startup and checkout at the Naval Ordnance Station. Contractor shall provide 3 sets of operation/maintenance manuals and provide system training for 3 Naval Ordnance personnel. Delivery shall be FOB Destination to the Receiving Officer, Code 1133, Naval Surface Warfare Center, Ordnance Station, 5403 Southside Drive, Louisville, Ky 40214-5000.
