Membership includes the license to use all CCI training materials previously produced and all training materials produced over the term of the membership, unlimited attendance and participation by all member organization employees at the bi- monthly General Sessions and Special Interest Group meetings, phone list of all CCI member contacts, documentation of case studies and presentations from each General Session, access to CCI staff members who are available to assist ''calls for action'' and to help members start or participate in Special Interest Groups, and reduced rates for in-house training by CCI certified instructors. All responsible sources who can provide and meet the above requirements shall submit written quotations by September 25, 1995. No solicitation will be issued, therefore such requests for solicitation will be considered non-responsive. Evaluation/Award will be based on the lowest cost alternative from the technically acceptable offers to the government. An award is expected to be made by approximately 9/27/95. All questions must be submitted in writing and received by facsimile (404-488-9555) or by mail. If no affirmative responses are received by September 26, 1995, the acquisition will be awarded to Council for Continuous Improvement. (0250)
