Delivery will be F.O.B. Destination to the Naval Medical Center, San Diego, California. A Firm Fixed Price contract is anticipated. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, any interested parties who contends that they are capable of providing the supplies mentioned above in this notice, should submit specific factual data and other pertinent information as so desired, to be used as an evaluation basis to determine competence to successfully meet the requirement. All proposals received within the 45 days notice period will be considered by the Government. The Government reserves the right not to open this requirement to competition based upon responses to this notice. Technical responses and requests received as a result of this Notice of Intent will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
