Tims tel: (410) 965-9488 The Social Security Administration (SSA) plans to issue a request for quotation to Statistics Netherlands of The Netherlands, to purchase the Blaise III Software License for 20 copies and training for approximately 20 government employees. Blaise III is a computer base interviewing software that will reduce the need for telephone/ face-to-face surveys. Statistics Netherlands is the only known source of this product. However, any other authorized distributors of the Blaise III software are invited to submit complete information, pricing, descriptive literature (GSA Schedules if applicable) within 15 days after date of this publication. Any such qualified distributors/resellers will be considered when a request for quotation is issued. Award is anticipated on or before September 30, 1995. This is not a request for proposal or an announcement of a forthcoming solicitation. Requests for copies of a solicitation in response hereto will not be honored or acknowledged.
