C -- INDEFINITE DELIVERY CONTRACT FOR LAND SURVEYING SERVICES, CIVIL AND MILITARY SOL ORN95-0006 DUE 101395 POC John Coode (615) 736-5954, Contracting Officer, Lacy A. Campbell (615) 736-7276. The Nashville District proposes to award an Indefinite Delivery Contract for Land Surveying Services to supplement the in-house effort. All types of engineering surveys and drafting services will be required. The contract time period will be one year with an option to extend for an additional year. Tasks will be directed by individually issued Delivery Orders. More than one Delivery Order may be issued concurrently. The total accumulative amount of all Delivery Orders under the contract, including the optional year, will not exceed $500,000 with no one Delivery Order exceeding $150,000. The selection criteria in descending order of importance are: (1) Professional qualifications and specialized experience of the firm and its individuals in the type of work to be performed. Must have licensed professional surveyors: (2) capacity of the firm to perform the work in a timely manner. Approximately three to five crews may be required at the same time; (3) past work experience and compliance with schedules, if any, with respect to performance of Federal agency contracts; (4) location of the office to perform the work in relation to the Nashville District and the Nashville District office and (5) volume of contracts previously awarded to the firm by Federal government agencies, with the object of effecting an equitable distribution of contracts among qualified A-E firms, including minority-owned firms and firms that have not had prior DoD and/or Federal agency contracts.Firms must demonstrate capability to provide the data generated under this contract in a manner compatable with the Nashville District's Intergraph CADD systems. Firms desiring consideration are invited to submit an update and accurate SF 254 and SF 255 by close of business 13 OCTOBER 1995. A current SF 254 is also required for all subconsultants. If the prime contractor or subcontractor to perform the work is located in a branch office, the SF 255 shall reflect key disciplines and experience for the branch office only. Firms submitting SF 254's and SF 255's by the closing date will be considered for the work. SIC Code is 873 (average annual receipt for preceding 3 years not to exceed $2.5 million. No other general notification to firms under consideration for this work will be made, and no further action is required. This is not a request for Proposal. This is not a Small Business Set-aside.
