MCGLINN, (215)697-9647 The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center Norfolk Detachment, Philadelphia, intends to acquire engineering and technical services to support tasks related to the initiation, design, development, production, deployment, and disposal of technical systems software for Support Equipment (SE) Automatic Test Equipment (ATE) and Advanced Launch and Recovery Equipment (ALRE) systems. The SE ATE programs include Digital Automated Test Program Generator (DATPG), Common ATE, Consolidated Automated Support System CASS, ATE Center and Systems Engineering Environment for Test (SEET). The ALRE programs include Integrated Shipboard Information System (ISIS), Aviation Data Management and Control System (ADMACS) and Magazine Arrangement Planning Aided - Computerized (MAPA-C). The software supported includes operating systems, test executives, compliers, networking and support tools. The major portion of the technical support for SE ATE and ALRE software is engineering design, analysis and development. Services will be provided to the Naval Air Warfare Center, Lakehurst, NJ. The proposed acquisition will be solicited on the basis of full and open unrestricted competition. A Level of Effort Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quanitity Cost Plus Fixed Fee type comprising of one twelve month base period and four twelve month option periods is planned. The annual estimated level of effort is approximately 133,000 hours. The applicable Standard Classification Number is 7373.
