The Information Systems Command Contracting Office (ISCCO) intends to procure operations and maintenance services for the Southern Command Intelligence Management Systems (SIMS) and the Southern Command ''Top 25'' critical circuits of the 106th Signal Brigade, Panama. Components of the systems to be supported are fiber optic modems, multichannel multiplexers, fixed plant adapters, data service units, line drivers and patch panels. The equipment is located at the various military installations in the Republic of Panama and one military installation in Honduras. The contractor will be required to provide all personnel, facilities, equipment, transportation, and test equipment, repair parts and supplies (except for Government Furnished Equipment and Property). The contractor will be required to repair, and maintain the equipment in operational condition 24 hours per day, 365 days per year. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for Small Business. The period of performance will consist of a base year plus three one-year option years. A facility clearance of Top Secret and access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) is required.
