To provide highly experienced auctioneering services to the Department of Housing and Urban Development (DHUD) in connection with the sales of HUD-owned single family properties. The primary objectives of this contract is to ensure that: (1) Prospective purchasers are made aware of properties HUD has designated for auction and that clear instructions for participating in the auction are made available on a timely basis to interested parties., (2) The auction(s) are conducted in a highly professional manner and in an environment conducive to successful auction sales., (3) The sales of properties designated for auction produce the highest obtainable prices; and (4) The sales of auctioned properties close within earliest possible time. The work will be performed in HUD's locations nationwide. This solicitation will be available on or about 9/25/95.
