The contractor shall clean, adjust, test, and air balance the heating ventilating and air conditioning (HVAC air distribution) systems at Building 463 at Naval Aviation Depot Naval Air Station North Island, San Diego, California. The service is a one time only and shall consist of providing all necessary management, supervision, labor, tools, material, equipment and transportation as described in the solicitation by means of a Firm Fixed Price type contract. This is an Invitation for Bid (IFB).
