The temporary employees shall process orders for various tax forms and publications. The place of performance shall be the IRS, Eastern Area Distribution Center, 4300 Carolina Ave., Richmond, VA 23222. The contractor shall be required to furnish up to 50 temporary employees during any 30 day period. The contractor shall be required to furnish the temporary employees within 3 business days after receipt of either an oral or written request from the IRS.
