The US National Park Service, National Capital Area, is seeking potential sources to produce the 1996 Independence Day Parade, Washington, DC. A solicitation will be issued for the purpose of seeking proposals from qualified sponsors interested in producing a parade of general appeal and interest. The successful offeror will enter into a contract with the National Park Service for the July 4, 1996 parade, with options to extend through the year 2000.
