Services Non-personal: The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, parts, materials, and transportation services necessary to provide grounds maintenance services at the POL pipeline areas, Andersen III Fuel Tank Farm, and the Tumon Fuel Tank Farm. The anticipated performance period is 01 Jan 96 through 31 Dec 96, to include four individual pre-priced one year option periods. This project will consist of mowing, edging of grass, weeds, and other vegetation, pruning of tree branches, removal of associated refuse and debris and litter collection. The estimated acreage for the total area is approximately 75 acres. This solicitation is 100% Set Aside for Small Business Concerns. Only written requests will be accepted.
