This is NOT a presolicitation notice pursuant to FAR Part 5, but is a Market Survey to identify sources for a Aircraft Cargo Winch, NSN 1680-00-860-3934, P/N: 41750-3-41BG. It is a portable motor driven drum and cable type winch. Dimensions are 18'' x 18'' x 24'' and materials consists of steel, stainless steel, aluminum, rubber and composite materials. It is used for loading and unloading cargo on and off the aircraft. A solicitation does not exist at this time. This survey is for information and planning purposes only and does not constitute an invitation for Bid or Request for Proposal and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government. The extent of allowable foreign participation has not been determined. The Government reserves the right to limit such participation subsequently.
