16 -- ON BOARD OXYGEN GENERATING SYSTEM (OBOGS) POC Contact, Ray Andrews, Phone (703)604-2119 The Naval Air Systems Command intends to procure FY96 On Board Oxygen Generating System (OBOGS) requirements and to establish priced options for FY97 OBOGS requirements. The FY96 requirement is aproximately forty-one (41) OBOGS and associated technical data and program plans. The FY97 requirement is aproximately sixty (60) OBOGS and associated technical data. The contract will be awarded to Litton Systems, Instruments and Life Support, Hickory Grove Road, P.O. Box 4508, Davenport, IA 52808-4508. Litton is the sole designer, developer, and producer of the OBOGS and as such is the only firm possessing the knowledge, facilities, equipment, and technical data necessary to meet Government requirements.
