The Contractor shall provide Fabri-Former IIS or equal Series Brake with CAD/CAM controller equipped with a 10'Lx8''W machine bed that is equipped with full length 5/8'' wide center slot and die adjusting screws; a hydraulic unit consisting of steel body hydraulic cylinders with bolt on hydraulic valves; a measuring system with the distance between the ram and bed measured on each side with a precision of +/-.0004'' by the optical linear scale mounted on ram; a heavy duty X-R backgauge that mounts directly to the bed of the Press Brake; automatic anti-deflection compensation system; manual one shot lubrication system; lifting links to aid in lifting 4-way dies by the press brake ram; two side safety tang machined in ram. The Contractor shall provide one (1) Cybelec D&C 900 or equal, 3-D CAD/CAM control. The Contractor shall provide one (1) 4-way die x 10' long with 85 degree angles to include hardening. The Contractor shall install Fabri-Former IIS Series Press Break with CAD/CAM controller and ensure its proper operation. The period of performance is 2 months. The proposed contract is being considered for 100% set aside for small disadvantaged or small business concerns. Interested firms should, as early as possible, but not later than 15 days of this notice, indicate interest by providing to the Contracting Officer above evidence of capability to perform and a positive statement of eligibility as a small disadvantaged or small business concern. If adequate interest is not received from small disadvantaged or small business concerns, the solicitation will be issued as unrestricted without further notice. Therefore, replies to this notice are requested from all business concerns. All responsible sources may submit a bid or proposal which will be considered by the Agency.
