Modification upgrade to include minor mechanical adjustments, related software, and a pair of Ultra-High Engergy Collimators. This Notice Of Intent is not a Request For Competitive Proposals, however, all proposals received within 15 days after date of this publication will be considered by the government. However, information received as a result of this synposis will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. All requests must be in writing.
