Written responses shall include a statement specifically identifying the hardware to be provided and clearly stating the ability to meet this specific requirement. Concerns that respond to this notice shall furnish concise responses directed specifically to the requirement mentioned above. Sources demonstrating the capability to accomplish the above shall supply pertinent information in sufficient detail to demonstrate their ability to perform. Written responses shall also include complete pricing information and a complete description of the hardware to be provided, containing sufficient technical information to permit agency analysis to establish a bonafide capability to meet the stated requirements as listed above. Response will be evaluated according to who can meet the requirements at the most favorable terms to the Government, considering the lowest overall cost alternative, not necessarily at the lowest price. Adequate detailed data by which to evaluate capability should be sent to Attn.:Donald C. Coulter, at the point of contact listed above. All responses from responsible sources will be fully considered. As a result of analyzing responses to this synopsis of intent, the contracting officer may determine that a solicitation will be issued. If no written responses are received that demonstrate a lower overall cost alternative to the Government is available, a delivery order will be placed with Intelligent Decisions.
