The Department of Treasury's Financial Management Service (FMS) is soliciting bids to acquire a Software Support Plan for their WANG OPEN/Image system for AIX with 5.25'' Jukebox Software. The Plan shall include an upgrade to WANG's OI-RWIN-4 OPEN/Image Run-time Client software to support 128 system users. Software support shall include maintenance, corrective software and new enhancement releases, toll-free telephone support for: problem identification and resolution, administration and operation assistance, problem tracking and reporting system. Vendors submitting offerors will be evaluated based upon technical capability and price. Technical and cost proposals are due on September 27, 1995 at 10:00am.
