The four phases are: Needs Assessment; Job seeking skills training; Job Development, including on the job training positions and Placement and Follow-up. This contract period is for one (1) year with two (2) renewable one (1) year options. There will be a need for multiple awards considering veterans who will be served (approx 6 counties).
