Furnish all necessary materials, labor, and equipment to perform an estimated 32 engine and compressor analyses (8 per quarter) of U.S. Bureau of Mines, Helium Field Operations-owned engines and compressors for Fiscal Year 1996. Analyses to be conducted at the Excell Helium Plant located approximately 35 miles north of Amarillo, Texas, on Highway 287. Work to be performed in real-time to allow better internal observations of what is actually occurring inside the units and to better investigate problems for accurate root cause analysis. Analyses to be performed within 7 work days of notification. this procurement is 100% set aside for small business concerns. See Note 1. Award will be made by issuance of a purchase order.
