It is the intent of the National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute to obtain an On-Site maintenance agreement for two Local Area Network Servers, Model Numbers ES3000/100 and ES500/100, manufactured by TRICORD, 2800 Northwest Boulevard, Plymouth Minnesota 55441. The Tricord Server, Model ES3000/100 includes 8 each 2.1GB Drives, 128MB RAM, Network Interface Card, Intelligent Management System, and is located at 6701 Rockledge Drive, Bethesda, MD. 20892-7902. The Tricord Server, Model ES5000/100 includes 14 each 2.1GB Drives, 256MB memory, Network Interface Card, and additional Intelligent Storage Subsystem, and is located at 10 Center Drive Bethesda, MD. 20892. GOVERNMENT REQUIREMENTS: The On-Site Maintenance agreement shall include at no additional cost to the contract, the repair and/or replacement of all parts, labor, travel time, transportation and lodging. The agreement shall include unlimited service calls from Sunday through Saturday, 24 hours per day, seven days per week with a maximum of 4 hour response time from the receipt of the telephone call. It is anticipated that the Request for Quotation (RFQ) Number NHLBI-PS-SP-95-152, will be available 15 days after the publication date of this synopsis. Receipt of quotations will be due 10 days after the release of the RFQ. The anticipated award date is 09/95.
