USDA, ARS is seeking expressions of interests and capability statements from small business firms who have the experience, capability and capacity to provide operations and maintenance support services to a Government-owned facility at Peoria, Illinois. Support services will include heating, ventilation and air conditioning, janitorial, electrical, electronics, vehicles, equipment, plumbing, pipefitting, sheet metal, welding, carpentry, masonry, painting, paved surfaces, grounds, security, machinist, refrigeration, chemical storeroom, freight, scientific illustrations, receptionist, switchboard, mail, copying, duplication, asbestos removal, and general support services. Qualified small businesses are also required to meet the criteria for a 100 percent set aside for small business concerns who shall have had no more than $13.5 million dollars average annual receipts for the preceding 3 fiscal years. The Standard Industrial Classification Code is 8744. Interested parties are requested to submit a synopsis of their experience and qualifications including background, years of experience and recent projects performed within the past five years.
