This project will include disconnection of all existing equipment in the current cafeteria; transporting new and designated existing equipment to the new location; installation of new and existing equipment in the new facility and connecting of new and existing equipment in the new facility. The contractor shall provide all necessary items to complete the transporting, unpacking, installation, connection and start-up of the equipment. The contractor shall be a firm that specializes in kitchen equipment installations with no less than two (2) years of experience installing kitchen equipment. The installer shall have experience with projects of a similar size and complexity. The contractor shall have single source responsibility and must coordinate all trades required to perform the work. All interested and qualified parties may submit a quote. The anticipated amount of the resultant order is not expected to exceed the simplified acquisition threshold.
