The Health Care Financing Administration (HCFA) intends on releasing an RFP for specific Organizational Development Services. HCFA has established an internal office to assist management in creating a total quality environment. The proposed contract will result in the continuation of assessing the agency's needs with regard to the changing culture, hold meetings with the planning committee of the executive steering committee and develop tools to use for diagnostic work within HCFA's organizational structure. The period of performance will be for one year with four one-year options. The proposed contract is 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE, for which the size standard is $3.5 Million.
