The work for this requirement includes providing the plant, labor, materials and equipment to film, process (16MM, 35MM, 105MM), insert, duplicate, mount, enlarge, index and maintain the microform records for a variety of functions including payroll, engineering, construction, financial, real estate, and regulatory. Microform records are maintained as jackets, comfiche, microfiche, roll, catridge, and aperture cards. Work includes twice daily work pickup and return to the District Office and round trip service to the Offutt AFB Finance Office twice a month. As custodian of microform records, the Contractor work site must be within 20 miles of the Omaha District Office with full access to Government personnel at all times. The contract will begin on 1 November 1995 for an estimated six (6) month period. It is expected that the contract will be terminated in April 1996 when the requirement will be transferred to the Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS).
