This project is being procured using the Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Project is valued between $25,000 and $100,000. Work consists of the following: (a) Complete removal of existing roofing system, to include flashing, counter flashing expansion joint caps, existing 30 gauge sheet steel roof with APP modified bitumen single ply roof system down to existing plywood deck (b) removal of roof system from corridor walkways (c) cleaning and repair of existing gutters and downspouts (d) installation of new 4 ply Mineral surfaced Bituminous built-up roof system. Work shall begin one (1) days after award. The Request for Quotations will be issued on October 2, 1995 without charge and a site inspection is scheduled for October 10, 1995 at 10:00 am.
