White, 614-692-3668 Lumber, softwood, 26 NSNS, various grades and sizes, IAW Fed Spec MM-L-751. Plywood, softwood 15 NSNS, various grades and sizes, IAW CID a-a-55057. This Solicitation is for a requirements type contract with a basic contract period of one year. Delivery orders will be issued using electronic data interchange (EDI). Contract quantities are estimated at 478,000 Board feet for untreated lumber, and 11,600 Sheets of plywood. Delivery will be F.O.B. Destination to Defense Depot, Ogden, Utah, Hill AFB, Tooele AD. Required delivery schedule after receipt of order will include 30 days or less for truck load sizes, 10 days or less for unit/less than unit sizes; and one Day for emergencies of unit/less than unit sizes. This is an unrestricted acquisition with a 10% preference for SDB concerns. While price will be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final contract award may be based upon a combination of price and other evaluation factors (including past performance and schedule compliance) as described in thesolicitation. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the Government. The total extension shall not exceed 5 years. The Solicitation will not be available until 15 days after being published in the CBD. All responsible sources may submit an offer in which DCSC shall consider.
